Description:
The Spray Coatings operative prepares customer parts for select aerospace coatings to provide dry lubrication, corrosion protection and/or masking for other HCC processes. Coatings are applied with a high regard for attention to detail on parts, Work Orders/Standard Operating Procedures and customer specifications. Sprayers work closely with Team Leader and Production Manager to ensure daily job schedules are communicated, adhered to and met for high quality output and customer service. Daily processing of parts for coatings includes but is not limited to: General inspection (and counting) of parts, racking parts, accurate recording of spray time and processing information, cleaning of parts, de-masking and moving parts to the next process. Work is subject to inspection and check as well as audit(s). Operatives may perform other duties as required and may be utilized in other areas of processing as work load may dictate. Keep facility, materials and work area clean and organized, exercising care in their use. Adhere to all OSHA and HCC safety policies and procedures.
